This website does not collect personal information through forms, accounts, or tracking tools. This page says exactly what the site stores and what happens when you write to the office.
What the website collects
The website has no contact form, no login, no newsletter sign-up, and no advertising or analytics scripts. It does not ask for your name, number, or any financial detail.
The one thing it stores is a setting in your own browser, in local storage, under the name kgc-disclaimer-ack. It records that you pressed “I agree” on the disclaimer, so that the notice is not shown to you again on each page. The setting stays on your device. It is not sent to the firm. You can clear it at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Fonts
The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google’s servers to fetch them, and Google may receive technical details such as your IP address in the course of serving the fonts. The firm does not receive that information.
Server records
Like any website, the server that hosts these pages keeps ordinary access logs, such as the address of the page requested, the time, and the visitor’s IP address. They are used to keep the site running and secure.
If you write to the office
If you send an email, the firm will see what you send and your email address. It is used to reply and, for a matter that is taken up, to carry out the engagement. It is kept in confidence in the way described on the About page. Applications for articleship are used only to consider the application.
Please do not send financial records, identity documents, or passwords by email before an engagement has been agreed in writing.
Changes
If the site starts to collect anything more, this page will be changed before it does.
